Perth Slot Car Racing – NSR GT3 6 Hour Team Endurance Event

The Perth Slot Car Racing 6 Hour NSR GT3 Team Endurance Event is here for 2026.

This will be a full team endurance race with 6 teams, racing under the PERTH CHAMPIONSHIP NSR GT3 rules, with strategy, pit stops, driver changes, marshalling, tyre preparation, and team management all playing a major part in the result.

This year’s event will use a team captain draft system. There will be 6 selected team captains, and the team captains will be confirmed 15/07/26

Once the captains are confirmed, all nominated drivers will be placed onto the draft drivers list. Captains will then draw a number from a box to decide the draft order, and drivers will be selected from the nominated driver list until all teams are complete.

Everyone who wants to race must nominate themselves now to be placed on the draft drivers list.

Nominating does not automatically guarantee a drive if the event is over-subscribed, but you must nominate to be considered for a team.

Event Times

Scrutineering: Friday night prior to the event
Doors Open: 10AM
Driver Briefing: 1:45pm
Race Start: 1:00pm
Expected Finish: Around 9pm

Team Rules

Each team must have:

1 team member marshalling at all times

1 team member may be on PIT time watch

Teams must monitor the opposite team’s pit stop times using their own stopwatch or a timer supplied by PSCR

Pit Stop Rules

Each team must complete a minimum of 4 pit stops during the race.

Pit stops must be completed under green flag racing only. Pit stops cannot be completed during lane changes, heat changes, track calls, or race stoppages.

Correct pit entry, driver change, pit stop timing, and pit exit procedures must be followed for the pit stop to count.

Scrutineering

Each team must present their car and approved parts at scrutineering.

Required for the event:

• 6 cars total
• 1 SET of Additional wheels
  
• Z Machine light kit

All parts must be checked and approved before racing.

Nominations Open Now

Drivers must nominate themselves now to be placed on the draft drivers list.

Team captains will be confirmed in the next 2 weeks, and once captains are confirmed, the driver draft will begin.
